Voluntary organization dedicated to the control and eradication of cancer through research, education, and
service.
Services offered: professional and education programs, I&R, counseling, transportation, dressings, housing
assistance, nutritional supplements, rehabilitation, support groups, equipment loans (hospital beds,
wheelchairs, commodes, and walkers). All programs and services are offered at no cost to the patient.
Eligibility: any person with cancer and his/her family with referral from physician.
Certificates needed when applying: SSN, health insurance, referring physician's name.
