Kea'au Elderly Housing is an elderly independent living complex located on the outskirts of Kea'au Town. The site is within short distance to a shopping complex, banking and the County of Hawaii's Coordinated Services senior community center. The project is comprised of four one-story walkup apartment buildings with a combined total of 20 units. Nineteen units are one-bedroom/one-bath with approximately 594 sq. ft. of living space. One two-bedroom/one-bath unit is reserved for on-site staff. All units have vinyl tile floors, front and back lanais and emergency "pull" bells.
