The Willed Body Program is a whole body donation program for the State of Hawaii based at the University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine. Donations will allow Hawaii Medical Students, physicians, allied health professionals, and scientific researches to better understand the normal and diseased states of the human body. Completed and signed Anatomical Gift Donation forms should be mailed to: University of Hawaii, Department of Anatomy, Biochemistry, and Physiology, Willed Body Program, 651 Ilalo Street, BSB 110, Honolulu, HI 96813.
