Immigrant Services is a division of Maui County’s Department of Housing and Human Concerns. Their goal is to assist new residents of Maui County in becoming fully integrated and productive members of our community. They endeavor to connect immigrants, non-immigrants, and citizens alike to the people, places, and resources that enable them to build successful lives and enrich our community. They also provide free forms assistance related to immigration matters including family-based petitions, renewing permanent residency, and citizenship. Forms assistance is limited to accuracy reviews and preparation from our client's completed application(s). Immigrant Services is not staffed by attorneys.
