Immigrant Services is a division of Maui County’s Department of Housing and Human Concerns. Their goal is to assist new residents of Maui County in becoming fully integrated and productive members of our community. Immigrant Services provides free assistance to non-immigrants, immigrants, non-migrants and citizens with a wide range of immigration related matters including, family-based petitions, permanent residency, and citizenship.

Our offices provide free assistance in filling out United States Citizenship and Immigrant Services and other agency forms. We provide forms and review them for accuracy and completeness. We do not adjudicate cases or provide legal advice.
